In the BDA developed layout, plots are measured in meters. Corner plots are usually of uneven dimensions, and intermediate plots are of standard dimensions. Available standard plot dimensions in the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout. are:

To apply for BDA sites in the Kempegowda layout, one needs to keep an eye on the BDA’s official website, where the authority will announce the availability of sites for allotment through a public notification. Interested applicants can download the application form from the BDA’s website, fill it out with the required details, and submit it along with the necessary documents and the prescribed fee within the specified time frame.
The lease period for sites in the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda layout is 10 years from the date of allotment. After 10 years, the Bangalore Development Authority will provide an absolute sale deed, then, be eligible to sell the property. However, this condition is not applicable to BDA incentive site or landowner compensation site, alternate site, and auction site.
